Some time ago I bought a Kleva Santoku Knife at just around AUD$70. It was on a whim, as I already had and have MANY knives including Furi, Shun, Wusthof and Global.
When I received the knife I was totally surprised by its Edge, Sharpness and Balance. and it quickly became a firm favourite in my kitchen. When I saw the deal for these knives, knife block and other free gifts for less than $100, I could not resist, especially as I did not have a Vegetable knife or an Oriental Knife.
The knives when they arrived were just as great as the first Santoku I purchased from Kleva. The additional Santoku knife I gave to my son for his use and enjoyment. The knife block is truly easy and safe to use, so much so that I retired a previously used block, leaving me with 3 Knife blocks and the best one is from Kleva.
I truly recommend these knives and the whole package from Kleva. You can't go wrong if you are Kleva.
